Abstract

The purpose of this study was the investigation of the relationship of knowledge conversion process with innovation and creativity among the personnel of Amol Education office. Reseaech type was a descriptive correlational study. The population of this study included all the 132 personnel of Amol Education office which 101 one by Cochran''s Formula and with simple random sampling were selected as sample. The required data for the study were collected through two questionnaires, i.e., the questionnaire of knowledge conversion process with 24 items in four components and the questionnaire of innovation and creativity with 12 items on base Likert five scales. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaires of knowledge conversion process and innovation and creativity were estimated as 0.91 and 0.92 through Cronbach''s Alpha cofficient. For datas analysis used from one sample t-test, multivariate analysis of variance, Pearson correlational coefficient and regression. The results showed that innovation, creativity and knowledge conversion process are above average in Amol Education office. Also, there are a positive & significant relationship between knowledge conversions process with innovation & creativity and only internalization can predict innovation and creativity.
